JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for temporary suspension of sentence has been filed by the applicant-appellant seeking temporary bail on the ground that he is to appear in the examination of Final Year of M.Sc. (Mathematics).

(2.) The previous application for suspension of sentence (No.666/2019) filed by the applicant-appellant, was decided on 11.06.2019, whereby he was permitted to appear in the examination of Previous Year of M.Sc. (Mathematics) in police custody.

(3.) In this view, we hereby direct that petitioner shall be taken to examination centre for appearing in the examination of Final Year of M.Sc. (Mathematics) through police custody.
