MARIYAM BAI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL submits that the Petitioner was appointed as Primary School Teacher against the vacancies reserved for widow quota on 24/01/1991 with stipulation that she has to qualify the training within three years and the Petitioner qualified her STC (Teachers Training) in September, 1996 but despite being eligible after qualifying the training, neither her services have been regularized nor the benefit of selection scale or fixation under the revised pay scale or the regular increments has been released so far.

(2.) IT appears that letter was sent from the office of the District Education Officer (Secondary), Kota on 10th March, 2009 apprising the authority with her grievance but no final decision has been taken by the department so far and for redressel of her grievance she has pursued at all stages.

(3.) WITH these directions/observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
