AMRARAM Vs. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT COLLECTOR AND ANR.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this petition for writ a challenge is given to the order dated 6.8.2010 passed by learned Additional District Collector, Sirohi rejecting the stay application preferred alongwith appeal pending consideration against the order dated 22.7.2010 passed by the Tehsildar (Land Records) Sheoganj.

(2.) THE contention of counsel for the petitioner is that if interim order as prayed for by the petitioner in appeal is not granted then the mutation shall be made in favour of the respondents though a dispute regarding title of the land is pending before the Board of Revenue. It is also stated that consequence of rejection of the stay application by the Additional Collector shall be nothing but multiplicity of litigation.

(3.) WITH the observations aforesaid the petition for writ stands disposed of.
