JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved by the rejection of their application under order dated 9 Rule 13 Code of Civil Procedure, the Appellants have challenged the order dated 17.04.2010 passed by the Additional District Judge (Fast Track) No. 9, Jaipur City, Jaipur.

(2.) Mr. Neeraj Tiwari has put in appearance on behalf of the Respondent.

(3.) With the consent of both the parties this case is being decided at the admission stage itself.
