RAJESH AWASTHI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN AND ANR.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) ACCORDING to the order dated 7.7.2010, both the parties, Mr. Rajesh Awasthi and Smt. Mamta Sharma, were present before this Court. Smt. Mamta Sharma stated that she no longer wishes to pursue the criminal case against Mr. Rajesh Awasthi for offences under Section 498A and 406 IPC. She further stated that she has also reached a compromise with Mr. Rajesh Awasthi. However, as the copy of the compromise was not available in the Court file, this Court directed the parties to submit a written compromise before this Court.

(2.) IN pursuance to the order dated 7.7.2010, a written compromise has been submitted before this Court by the parties. The same shall be taken on record.

(3.) WITH these observations, this petition is, hereby, disposed of.
