PRADEEP Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material placed before me.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Dholya @ Jitendra has been released on bail by a coordinate bench of this Court by order dated 11.12.09.

(3.) Considering the rival submissions and looking to all the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to release the accused-applicant on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
