JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Since both the appeals are directed against impugned judgment dated 09.10.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge(Fast Track) No. 1, Bundi in Sessions Case No. 15/2007, therefore, they are being disposed of by this common judgment.

(3.) Appellants Ramphool and Shivraj @ Shoraj both sons of Laxminarain were convicted and sentenced by the learned trial court as under:
