JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition for writ is preferred to challenge the order dated 24.5.2010 passed by learned District Judge, Sirohi rejecting the application preferred by petitioner with the assertion that the District Judge, Sirohi is having no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the application preferred under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act submitted by the respondent -Smt. Vimla.

(2.) I have gone through the application wherein it is specifically mentioned that the petitioner and the respondent were residing at Paldi in District Sirohi immediately before desertion. The learned District Judge considering all the facts held that the issue sought to be agitated is required to be decided only after getting the evidence recorded.
