JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the aforesaid two appeals have arisen out of the impugned judgment and award dated 22nd July, 1997 rendered by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (District Judge, Kota) in Civil Misc. Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 247/1993 and Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 242/1993 and the questions involved relating to law and facts therein are similar, they are being disposed of by this common judgment.
