(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioners are aggrieved against the order of eviction dated 8.8.2005 passed by the Rent Tribunal, Bhilwara in Rent Case No. 45/2003 and dismissal of their appeal by order dated 10.4.2010.

(3.) I considered the submissions of learned Counsel for the parties and perused the facts of the case as well as the impugned orders.
