SHASHI KIRAN Appellant
V/S
State Of Rajasthan And Anr Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is present in person as the lawyers are observing strike.

(2.) The petitioner has approached this Court against her transfer from Government Sr. Secondary School, Dhobitalai, Bikaner to Government Sr. Secondary School, Jamsar about 70-80 kms. She has filed a representation to the Dy. Director, Secondary Education , Churu on 1.9.2010 and has submitted that she was appointed as Teacher in widow quota after the death of her husband and she has a young daughter to look after at Bikaner and therefore she falls in exceptional category of the transfer.

(3.) However, since the petitioner has made a representation to the competent authority, it is considered expedient that said competent authority decides the representation of the petitioner by a speaking order dealing with the relevant facts and circumstances of the case within a period of 3 weeks from today. It is only after such speaking order is passed and the same is adverse to the petitioner that the petitioner is free to avail her legal remedy.
