JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the appellants.

(2.) THE claimants -appellants have preferred this appeal for enhancement of the amount of compensation in respect of death of deceased Gordhan Lal Sain who died in a motor accident which took place on 19.03.2007.

(3.) THE Tribunal has also awarded simple interest @ 7% per annum on the amount of compensation from the date of claim application till date of realization.
