JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) The petitioner, who is Juvenile lodged in Child Reformatory Cell Baran filed this revision petition through his uncle Kajod under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2000 against the judgment dated 27.3.2010 passed by Sessions Judge, Baran in Criminal Appeal No. 43/2010 maintaining the order of the Juvenile Justice Board Baran dated 16.3.2010 declining to release him on bail under section 12 of the Act.
