JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor. As both these bail applications relate to FIR No. 239/2009 Police Station Lakheri Bundi, they are being disposed by a common order.

(2.) THESE bail applications have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Mr. Amrit Prasad Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioners contended that the accused petitioners are ladies. The Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. The Public Prosecutor contended that the allegations against the petitioners are that they pelted stones and bricks on account of which calf died, which is an offence under the Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995. Besides this they also gave beating to the complainant.
