JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been registered on the letter of petitioner convict Sopat Ram.

(2.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that he has been refused parole because of the adverse report given by the Superintendent of Police. It is submitted that inspite of the fact that the Sarpanch had recommended for parole, the same has not been taken into consideration.
