JUDGEMENT

(1.) This group of matters are dispossed of by this common order as all the writ petitions were disposed of in view of the judgment and order dated 21.5.1999 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court at Jaipur Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6286/96, Ashok Kumar Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan and others and other allied matters reported in 2000(1) W.L.C. (Raj.) 152 .
