(2.) IN the petition, Abdul Rashid Wani Jr Stenographer in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag has prayed for mandamus against the respondents to compel them to depute petitioner to Saudia Arabia on deputation alongwith other staff in connection with the Haj pilgrimage of Hajis to Saudia Arabia, on the ground that his name has been included in the list forwarded by the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir (Convenor State Haj Committee, Srinagar) to Commissioner -cum -Secretary to Government, Revenue Deptt Jammu, Annexure -A, and that at the last moment he has some information that he is being dropped as a member of the Staff proceeding on deputation to Saudia Arabia.

ANNEXURE -A, shows that, it is just a letter addressed from the office of Convenor State Haj Committee, (Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir) to Commissioner -Secretary to Government, Haj and Auqaf, Department, Jammu, forwarding the application forms of various medical and para medical staff to be sent to Saudia Arabia, including that of petitioner on deputation,
