JUDGEMENT

(1.) Updated latest status report dtd. 8/2/2019 has been filed by Mr. M. A. Chahsoo, learned AAG, as directed in terms of order of this Court dtd. 3/12/2018. Let copy thereof be furnished to all the counsels who may file their response before the next date of hearing.

(2.) Status report has also been filed by Vigilance Organization Kashmir.

(3.) Further status report dtd. 20/10/2018 has been filed by respondent nos. 10 and 11 disclosing the status of construction of three bridges on highway. One of the Bridges is located at Pampore Bypass and two at Qazigund within Qazigund Bypass which is in-operational due to overhead high tension transmission line. It is stated by respondent no. 10 that the State Power Development Department is required to take a view in the matter as to whether high tension transmission lines can be realigned.
