This application has been filed by the applicant seeking a direction for release of vehicle (Verna 1.6 VTVT SX (O) Polar White) bearing Chasis No. MALC841CLKM154366 and Engine No. G4FGKU319278 seized by the police of Police Station, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu on 06.11.2019 vide Challan No. 952245 for using black nets.
