JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice. Mr. Gupta, learned AAG, waives notice on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) The ailment suffered by the petitioner's child was treated at PGI Chandigarh and the child had to undergo three operations. Thus, she approached the respondents for her posting in Govt. primary School Bela (Siot) as her baby required special care due to his medical condition and was dependent on her to look after her needs. The respondents considering the request of the petitioner allowed her to work in Primary School Bela (Siot) zone Sunderbani for a period of three months vide Order dtd. 10/10/2018.

(3.) Petitioner states that since the complication of her child persists and he requires treatment and care, therefore, she moved a fresh representation dtd. 24/12/2018 for seeking extension of her deployment on the said school on compassionate grounds.
