JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners claim that they are major and have, therefore, contracted the marriage out of their freewill and are living as husband and wife. However, the petitioners apprehend harassment at the hands of their relatives as they have contracted the marriage against their wishes. The petitioners, therefore, seek protection and security cover from official respondents.
