JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge is thrown to the Order No. 50/DMP/PSA/18 dtd. 6/10/2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Pulwama- respondent No. 2 whereby Rayees ul Islam son of Bashir Ahmad Wani resident of Litter District Pulwama (for brevity "detenu"), has been placed under preventive detention, on the grounds set out in the petition in hand.

(2.) The counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents, vehemently resisting the petition.
