(2.) I have gone through the pleadings of the parties.

(3.) The petitioner applied for the post of Rehbar-e-Taleem in Govt. Girls Middle School, Dehrian notified by the respondents vide notification dated 8.5.2000. She states that despite conducting the process of selection, the post has remained unfilled. She further states that she is eligible and possess required merit for the post. In the circumstances she has prayed for the following reliefs:
