JUDGEMENT

(1.) WITH the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, this petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

(2.) VILLAGE , Chapnari Tehsil, Doda was attacked by the militants, wherein 26 people were killed including brother of the Petitioner namely, Kuldeep Kumar.

(3.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties.
