(2.) This appeal is directed against the Judgment of Single Judge in CIMA No. 104/ 1992 dated April 28, 1995.

(3.) Claim petition was filed by widow for herself and on behalf of four minor sons of deceased Lok Nath Sharma, who died in road accident on 11.03.1979 when his Scooter No. 6280-JKP was hit by Bus registration No. JKP-3219.
