JUDGEMENT

(1.) Writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-

(2.) The petitioner was appointed as Dental Surgeon. Vide Government No. 463- HME of 2016 dated 11.08.2016 (Annexure-A to the petition), the petitioner was transferred and posted as Dental Surgeon from Government Hospital Sarwal, Jammu to Primary Health Centre Kuthar Tehsil Akhnoor. Thereafter, vide another Government Order No. 645-HME of 2016 dated 23.12016 (AnnexureB to the petition), she was transferred from Primary Health Centre Kuthar and posted as Medical Officer in Community Health Centre, Bishnah vice Dr. Usha Atri. Thereafter by another Government Order No. 666-HME of 2017 dated 14.12017 (Annexure-D to the petition), the petitioner has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Bishnah to Community Health Centre, Gool against the available vacancy.

(3.) According to the petitioner, her case is covered in view of paragraph 7 of Circular No. 04-HME of 2017 dated 111.2017. Paragraph 7 is reproduced as follows:
