JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner challenges his order of transfer dated 31.3.2018 whereby he has been transferred from the office of Block Medical Officer, Kishtwar to the office of Block Medical Officer, Chatroo.

(2.) The order of transfer is challenged on two grounds, firstly, that the petitioner suffers from a medical condition i.e Slipped Disk and secondly, that the order of transfer has been issued within seven months and is, therefore, premature.

(3.) It was further stated that the case of the petitioner be referred to the Standing Medical Board for ascertaining the medical condition of the petitioner and till such time as the board submits a report, he may be allowed to continue in the office of respondent No. 6 i.e. Block Medical Officer, Kishtwar.
