JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this petition, writ of mandamus is being sought by the petitioner commanding the respondents to treat him to have been regularly promoted against the post of Deputy Director, Technical Education retrospectively with effect from 16 -12 -1980;

(2.) MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to release the arrears of salary and allowances etc. in favour of the petitioner treating him to have been regularly appointed against the post of Deputy Director, Technical Education w.e.f. 16 -12 -1980;

(3.) MANDAMUS , commanding the respondents to sanction the super -annuation pension and other benefits to the petitioner treating him to have been promoted against the post of Deputy Director, Technical Education retrospectively i.e. with effect from 16 -12 -1980.
