THE petitioner had filed a suit for permanent injunction in the court of the learned Sub Judge (Municipal Magistrate), Srinagar for restraining the respondent/defendant from interfering in the possession and management of Bus No. 5561/JKD, which, according to him, was purchased by him from one Ghulam Mohammad Rather, and used to be driven by the respondent, who of late, has started interfering in his proprietary rights of the bus.
