JUDGEMENT

(1.) The respondent university after verifying the testimonials of the petitioner admitted her to undergo P.G. course in Mass Communication and Journalism in the year 2011.

(2.) Thereafter the respondents raised dispute about the eligibility of the petitioner on the ground that she had got the Bachelors degree which could make her eligible for seeking admission in P.G course, through distance mode which was not recognised by University of Kashmir.

(3.) The petitioner filed the writ petition on 27th July, 2011 in which respondents were directed to maintain status of the petitioner till next date.
