JUDGEMENT

(1.) This letters patent appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 01.06.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in SWP no. 840/2002, allowing the writ petition.

(3.) Petitioners after completing DDR Training Course were appointed as Range Officers Grade-I. They have passed their Bachelors Degree in Science with Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. For the purpose of future promotion, petitioners are required to undergo State Forest Service Course (SFS) at Dehradun which is governed by the Revised Rules of 1989. Petitioners' case on the basis of their qualification and merit was recommended for undergoing State Forest Service
