JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision is directed against an order dated 6 -9 -1980, passed by the Sub Judge, Badgam allowing an amendment of the plaint. The amendment was allowed on payment of Rs. 35/ - as costs. The costs were accepted by the counsel for the defendant before the present revision petition was filed. The acception was unqualified. This is clear from a certified copy of the order placed on the record by the counsel for the respondent to day. Thus the defendant must be deemed to have acquieced in the order and any revision filed subsequently would no be maintainable in law. Consequently this revision is incompetent and is hereby dismissed.

(2.) THE parties are directed to appear before the court below on 10th of September, 1982.
