JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dtd. 31/7/2019 passed by the writ court, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner/appellant herein has been dismissed.

(2.) Briefly stated the material facts are as under:-

In a selection process conducted by the Services Selection Board (hereinafter referred to as "SSB"), for the post of Female Multipurpose Health Worker, under the SC category for District Anantnag, private respondent No. 4 - Arti Digra secured 25.83 points as against the appellant - Neelam Rani, who secured 24.83 points. There is no dispute in so far as the merit position of the appellant and the private respondent No. 4 is concerned.
