JUDGEMENT

(1.) CM No.1371/2022 (Application to bring on record legal representatives) Instant application has been moved by the applicants for bringing them on record as legal representatives of deceased-petitioner No.2, namely Mohd. Azam.

(2.) On examination of the application coupled with submissions made by Mr. V.R Wazir, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants and on no objection from the other side, the same is allowed.

(3.) Accordingly, the applicants namely, Mst. Fazeelat Begum, Ibrar Choudhary, Israr Choudhary, Anwaar Choudhary and Seelaman Choudhary are brought on record as legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.2. Application stands disposed.
