(2.) Mr. Shakir Haqani, learned counsel, shall file a short affidavit indicating the total number of vacancies of Junior Assistants presently available with the corporation, which were existing prior to the issuance of Recruitment Rules of 2013.

(3.) List this petition along with WP (C) 505/2020 on 28/7/2022. The date fixed in WP (C) 505/2020 shall be deemed to have been preponed to 28/7/2022.
