JUDGEMENT

(1.) Despite opportunities, response has not been filed by the respondent. Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned Dy. AG appearing vice Mr. Adarsh Bhagat, GA seeks and is granted further two weeks' time to file the response.

(2.) It is submitted that the FIR in question has been lodged as a counterblast to the FIR No. 0228/2021 dated 11.06.2021, registered with the same Police Station for commission of offences under Sections 447 and 379 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that none of the injured is admitted in the hospital. It is further submitted that a civil litigation is also going on between the parties.
