JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer made in this petition is to allow the petitioner to complete the training course in the Electrical Trade for the session 2008-2010 at Industrial Training Institute, Bhaderwah District Doda without any interference in particular to attend all the classes and training periods of the said course.

(2.) It is also prayed that the order of the respondents for cancellation of admission dated 30.10.2008 also be quashed.

(3.) Notice in this petition was issued on 28.01.2009, thereafter, the matter is pending till date.
