JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant application has been filed by the counsel for the applicant/petitioner for pre-poning the date fixed in the main writ petition bearing SWP No. 611/2010.

(2.) For the reasons and grounds mentioned in the application coupled with the submission made and no objections from the other side, the same is allowed and the writ petitions are taken on board for disposal.

(3.) While the writ petition bearing SWP No. 611/2010 is pending disposal, wherein the petitioner had sought the writ of certiorari to quash the selection/appointment of respondent No. 5, made for the post of Anganwari Worker for Anganwari Centre Ward No. (E)V, Masjid Mohalla Lower Kajaie in village Affani. The respondents issued an advertisement notification No. ICDS/P354/57 dated 31.10.2015 on the resigning of the respondent No. 5. This advertisement was challenged in the writ petition bearing No. 1293/2016 with the following reliefs :-
