(2.) For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioner shall do the needful within a period of three days, when the normal functioning of the Courts begins.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of. rR CM(M) No. 108/2020 Through the medium of this petition, the petitioner has assailed order dated 12.11.2020 passed by the Court of Special Judge (Designated NIA) Kupwara by virtue of which the Designated Court has refused to permit the petitioner to participate in the Higher Secondary Part-II examination on the ground that the application was filed at a later stage and also because of the security reasons, it was not possible for the petitioner to undertake the Higher Secondary Part-II examination at Hajim, Bandipora.
