JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER applied for the post of Physical Education Teacher. He remained unsuccessful. He has challenged the selection.

(2.) THE stand taken by the respondents is that the petitioner got 65.50 points whereas the last selected candidate obtained 67.39 points. It is on the basis of the above merit position, the petitioner could not be selected.

(3.) FACED with the above situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to an order passed by this Court on 13th Sept., 2000.
