JUDGEMENT

THIS is an appeal preferred by the unsuccessful Petitioner - DHr. complainant as against the orders dated 27.06.2012 in EA 59/2011 in CC No. 134/2007 CC 1064/2007 on the file of the District Consumer Forum, Ranga Reddy District. For convenience sake, the parties as arrayed in the E.A. are referred to as under :

(3.) AGGRIEVED by the said orders, the respondent/OP preferred an appeal in FA 1708/2008 before this Commission and it was dismissed confirming the order of the District Forum, Ranga Reddy with costs of Rs.2,000/ - to pay within 4 weeks.
