JUDGEMENT

(1.) AGGRIEVED by the order in CC 158/2007 on the file of District Forum, Ranga Reddy District, the complainant preferred this appeal.

(2.) THIS complaint has been filed seeking direction to accept the balance payment of Rs. 56,300 to the opposite party and to register plot No. 255 admeasuring 200 sq. yds. in Lakshmi Mega City -III, situated at Narkuda and Chowdary Guda Village, Shamsabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District together with compensation and costs.

(3.) THE District Forum vide its order dated 31.3.2008 has dismissed the complaint for default as the complainant was absent and did not file his affidavit nor paid the costs.
