(1.) Seen the report submitted by the District Judge Muzaffarpur annexing the preliminary report submitted by Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur along with subsequent administrative order based thereon.

(2.) Office to pursue till procurement of the concerned Departmental enquiry report.

(3.) On repeated call none responded on behalf of appellants on account thereof, Mr. Arun Kumar Tripathi has been requested to assist the court as an Amicus Curiae.
