(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
(2.) Pursuant to order dated 17.09.2019, the petitioner as also the opposite parties no. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are present. The Court has been informed that the opposite party no. 3 is studying in a Madarsa at Saharanpur.

The petitioner has filed the present case under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the judgment and order dated 05.12.2017 passed in Maintenance Case No. 26 of 2016 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria by which Rs. 3,000/- per month maintenance in favour of the opposite party no. 2, who is the wife of the petitioner, and Rs. 1,000/- each to the opposite parties no. 3 to 7, who are his children, has been awarded; the total being Rs. 8,000/- per month.
