JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, they are permitted to file a representation regarding their grievances mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 7.

(2.) Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation before the respondent no. 7 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 7 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

(3.) The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
