(3.) THE petitioners, who are office bearers of the Bharat Sugar Mills Ltd. assailed the order of cognizance dated 27.8.2007 in Complaint Case No. 1116/ 2007, Tr. No. 3304/2007 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj under Sections 420 and 427/34 of the Penal Code.
