JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Yogendra Mishra, learned Sr. counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. S. S. Sundram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

(2.) Petitioner is aggrieved by the order contained in Annexure8.

(3.) Mr. Yogendra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to Annexure-6 the order passed by the Division Bench in exercise of the contempt jurisdiction in MJC No. 1205 of 2006.
