JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

(2.) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University.

(3.) Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose.
