JUDGEMENT

(1.) This First Appeal arises out of a judgment and decree dated 30th August, 1976 passed by Shri Kamla Prasad Sinha, IVth Additional Subordinate Judge, Ranchi in T. S. No. 174/1973. 227/1976 whereby and where under the said learned court dismissed the plaintiff appellant's suit.
