JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ application is directed against the gradatian list contained being the circular issued by the respondent No. 2 dated 13th March, 1978 as contained in Annexure 1 to the writ application as also the gradation list dated 12th July, 1979 as contained iu Annexure 3 to the writ application whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been shown as junior to the respondent Nos. 5 to 21.

(2.) The facts of the case lie in very narrow compass and are not much in dispute.
